Who is responsible for this website
Daniel Emmanuel Tattoo Artist, Alt-Treptow, Berlin d.emmanuel@outlook.de Full contact details: see Imprint at the bottom of every page.
What data I collect and why
The only personal data collected on this website is submitted voluntarily through the contact form. When you fill out the form, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field — typically information about the tattoo you're interested in getting.
I use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed, to arrange a consultation or booking. I do not use it for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose. I do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties, with the exception of Squarespace (the platform hosting this website), which processes form submissions as part of providing the service.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where a booking follows, to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
How long I keep your data
I keep your contact information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if you book a session, for the duration of our working relationship. If nothing comes of your inquiry, I will not retain your details longer than necessary. You can request deletion at any time by contacting me directly.
Squarespace

Squarespace relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for this transfer. You can read more in Squarespace's own Privacy Policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. You also have the right to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin's data protection authority) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
To exercise any of these rights, contact me at d.emmanuel@outlook.de.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how I handle data changes, I'll update this page. Last updated: 24.06.2026
